Refund policy

All sales are final, unless you receive an incorrect product, a product damaged in transit or with manufacturing defects. We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged product, let us know immediately so we can help. 

 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be -

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it in
  • Original tags must still be attached (if provided)
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned with the original invoice as well as any supporting documentation (manuals, warranty cards etc.)

 

To initiate a return, email us at support@flannel.store with a description of the issue (and at least 2 images) within 48 hours of receiving the product. We’ll respond within 1-2 business days and keep you updated on the status of your request. 

 

Returns for a refund are not guaranteed and under certain instances, we may only be able to offer you store credit for a successfully returned product. Products that are marked down / on discount are not eligible for returns. 

 

Most international orders are ineligible for returns or exchange. Get in touch with us with any questions before placing the order so we can make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

 

Artworks
All artworks sales are final. In case you receive an incorrect artwork we’ll replace it, free of cost, with the correct artwork upon receiving the originally shipped artwork back.


What happens once I return the product?
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. Returns are accepted at the discretion of the vendor as well as flannel and may be rejected if they don’t meet the above mentioned criteria.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, less any delivery or return shipping fees. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days, however the amount of time that it will take for the funds to reflect on your account will depend on your financial institution.
