Where do you ship?

We ship all over India as well as internationally. Dispatch timelines vary with product and are mentioned on the product page. If you order contains products from multiple designers / vendors, they may arrive at different times. We’ll share regular updates on your orders status, via your registered email or email you used while placing the order.

 

International orders
Shipping costs vary for international orders and may or may not be included during checkout depending on destination. If you’re located outside of India, please email us at support@flannel.store so we can arrange shipping options suitable for you. 

Custom & Import duties are not included in the total product price and you will be liable for any duties levied by the authorities of your home country. No refunds will be issued if a shipment is undelivered for non payment of custom duties.


How much does shipping cost?
Most orders qualify for free shipping but costs can vary by designer, maker, and product. You can find details under the “Shipping & Returns” section on the product page. For products requiring special care during transit, we may levy an additional fee. If you need a shipping quote, please email us before placing the order.


How long does it take to process the order?
The shipping timelines vary by product as well as vendor / designer. You can check the estimated shipping time for each product on the product page. 

Due to their nature, made-to-order products (and products with customizations requests) tend to take longer as the product is created specifically for you. Lead times for made-to-order products can be also found on the product page.


How do I track my order?
You can track your order after logging in at flannel.store/account under the “Orders” section.


Can I cancel an order?
We can, under certain instances, cancel orders if you reach us within 24 hours of placing the order. Depending on the product category and vendor, a cancellation fee of upto 5% might apply.Â
